尿素液位傳感器介紹
為了降低柴油車(chē)尾氣所含氮氧化物(NoX)排放濃度,應(yīng)對(duì)全球日益嚴(yán)厲的尾氣排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),選擇性催化還原系統(tǒng)(SCR)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,SCR系統(tǒng)利用尿素溶液催化還原NoX.Ad系列高品質(zhì)液位傳感器專(zhuān)為柴油車(chē)SCR系統(tǒng)配套設(shè)計(jì),產(chǎn)品用于檢測(cè)尿素溶液(AdBlue)液位。Ad系列液位傳感器利用多個(gè)舌簧開(kāi)關(guān)并聯(lián)構(gòu)成的電阻回路來(lái)指示液面高低，傳感器的長(zhǎng)度，安裝方式可以根據(jù)客戶要求靈活調(diào)整。相比其他類(lèi)型的液位測(cè)量技術(shù)，無(wú)需復(fù)雜電路，實(shí)施簡(jiǎn)單，成本低，可靠性高。
In order to fulfill the legislation on the reductions of emission of Nitrogen Oxidaes(NOx) from diesel engine,after treatment systems, such as SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction) has been developed to reduce NOx,SCR technology converts the NOx exhaust fumes into harmless water and nitrogen by chemical reaction of urea in a catalyst in the exhaust gas steam.Our state of arts AD series level sensor is designed for SCR system, and to detect the level of AdBlue.The measurements are done by a series of reed switches positioned inside the level tube,a float with built in magnet moving up and down when fluid level changes, would triger the reed switches inside the tube respectively, thus, generate a potential free resistance signal with a Ohm value to indicate the change of fluid level.Compare to other level sensing technologies, AD series of level sensor without complex electronic circuit,is a simple, robust solution for AdBlue tanks.
